Born out of a crazy idea to bring a national theater chain to our little downtown, Tillman Redevelopment, LLC worked with dozens of local officials, businesses and contractors to bring this dream to reality.

Now, College Station has a parking structure with more than 300 spaces and is home to 8 separate businesses which occupy over 75,000 square feet.

Among them are doctors’ offices, an art gallery, a comedy clube, non-profits and of course the theater.
